Return/Exchange Policy

Easy! Return the unused portion or empty bottle of your Infinite Nutrients product order within 90 days of your order delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Please note retain all bottles for your return if you want to receive a full refund of the product price.

Return and Exchange Process:

Step 1: Refunds/Exchanges: Simply contact our customer support center via e-mail at [email protected], or call us at 1-(800) 888-9777, M – F 8AM – 8PM EST, Sat 9AM – 1PM EST, for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA#) and the return address.

Step 2: For the fastest processing possible, please return both the empty and unused portion of your product package, the original invoice, and your RMA# or EMA#. If you are electing to exchange your return for another product of equal or lesser value, please indicate which product(s) you are requesting in your exchange.

Refunds: All refunds will be issued based on the items returned. As an example, if 3 jars of item A is purchased and only 2 jars are returned for a refund, a pro-rata refund of 2/3 of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are issued in the order of the lower priced add-on item first.

Exchange Program: We also offer a 90-day exchange program where you can return a product and request that we send you a different Infinite Nutrients product of equal or lesser value with free shipping. All exchanges are deemed final sale.

Return Postage: If you are sending an item back to us, you are responsible for return postage. Please use a shipping method that includes delivery confirmation to avoid any delays and to quickly see when the shipment was received by us.

Refused / Return to Sender: Any shipment that is returned “Refused / Return to Sender” or that is undeliverable will be refunded. The refund will be the cost of the product, minus the shipping fee, plus any fees incurred by refusal of the package, a minimum fee of ten dollars.

Return By Date: All returns and exchanges must be received at our facility within 90 days from your order receipt date. All charges (excluding shipping and processing fees) are fully refundable up to 90 days from the delivery date. Exchange requests must be received at our facility within 90 days from the order date.

Opened/Empty Returns: Product may only be returned as open or empty if adequate time has passed to consume the product as directed on the label. As an example, we will not accept a three-month supply of empty or opened product containers after only 15 days.

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank to process the refund. We cannot issue refunds to a card other than the one used to place the order.
