1.2 E-COMMERCE – Our Site is https://infinitenutrients.com. Via our Site, we provide you with an online electronic commerce platform to select and purchase our products and services. The data is collected and stored in our database for general e-commerce applications. We store your data on our secure encrypted server behind a firewall. Payment is collected via PayPal and transmitted through their checkout system.
1.3 INFORMATION COLLECTION – During the general operation of our site, the company collects names, billing/shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card number/info, and other personal contact information. We will not share or distribute your personal information to third-parties without your consent. We do not post your personal information on our website without your consent.
1.4 COOKIES – We use standard browser “cookies” in web browsers applications to allow us to store a limited piece of data on your computer/device to help offer a better website experience to our visitors. Your credit card information is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and is then deleted from our system. Your credit card information is not stored past the point of the completed charge being processed. We limit our employee access to your confidential information and only disclose information internally to authorized persons for processing transactions. Our company is committed to protecting our customer’s information.
1.10 CONSENT – When you provide us with your personal and payment information during the transaction, we take that to imply your consent to our collecting and use of the provided information for the specific reason provided only. 1.13 DISCLOSURE – We may disclose your personal information if we are required to by law enforcement to comply with law, enforce our website policy, protect our other user’s rights, or if you violate our Terms of Service agreement. Anonymized visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

2 CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA) – We comply with COPPA. Our site content and products are appropriate for all audiences. We do not market or direct our site to visitors under 13. The company does not collect any information for anyone under 13 years of age. If we find that someone under 13 has entered information on our site, we will remove their data upon finding or being notified of such data existing within our database. If a child has provided us with their personal information, the parent or guardian should contact us for it to be removed. While our site may have interest to a younger audience, our site is directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.
